Mr. Arnulfo D. Monderin is the founder, President and CEO for JACA Construction and Management Corporation including the subsidiary companies of JACA, namely Abundant Harvest Realty & Development Corporation, JACA Skills Training & Assessment Center, Inc. and Mondeglobal Trading Corporation. He is a licensed Civil Engineer and graduate of batch 1987 of Central Colleges of the Philippines.
Ms. Ma. Shalimar S. Tamidles is the Vice President for Finance and Administration for JACA including its subsidiary companies, a licensed Civil Engineer and graduate of University of San Carlos, Cebu City in 1991.
Mr. Airon Cedric Monderin is the Chief Operating Officer of JACA and its subsidiary company, Abundant Harvest Realty & Development Corp. (AHRD). He is a licensed Civil Engineer from batch 2013 of Mapua Institute of Technology.
Ms. Aira Eunice Monderin is the Assistant Vice President for Finance & Administration and the Assessment Center Manager of JACA Skills Training & Assessment Center Inc. (JSTAC). She is a licensed Civil Engineer from 2015 graduate of Mapua Institute of Technology.
Mr. Larry N. Marasigan is the VP for Business Development. He is in-charge of building the company's market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships. He is a 1978 graduate of BS Mechanical Engineering in Manuel L. Quezon University with Masteral units earned in Business Administration.
Mr. Thomas Tannhauser A. Fortun is the Vice President for Strategic Initiatives. A lawyer by profession, in-charge of developing, overseeing and helping implement programs and projects that support the company's vision and short and long-term plans.
Mr. Cristino C. Soliman is the Project Director in-charge of overseeing projects across the company from planning to project completion. He is a former Project Manager of Intel Technology Philippines Inc., a licensed Electrical Engineer from Mapua Institute of Technology, batch 1987.
Mr. Rolando "Lando" Mabunga is a Project Manager whose experience includes managing high rise hotels to airport runway constructions. He is a 1988 graduate of Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering in Manuel S. Enverga University Foundation, Quezon.
Mr. Eduardo "Jhun" R. Buenaventura Jr. is a Project Manager whose field of specialization is Mechanical. He is widely experienced in managing projects in the Philippines and abroad, a BS Mechanical Engineering graduate of Mapua Institute of Technology, 1993.
Ms. Sheila "Mane" R. Argarin is the Quantity Surveyor Manager. She is an experienced Quantity Surveyor for various engineering disciplines such as Civil, Structural, Architectural, and Electro-Mechanical. She is a BS Civil Engineering graduate of Perpetual Help College of Rizal, 1997.
Mr. Catalino "Lino" R. Bantolo is an accomplished Project Supervisor whose experience includes managing over 300 workforce in a single project. He is an Engineering Technology graduate and has worked in CSA, Electrical, and Mechanical projects.
Mr. Bernard Glenn L. Espinoza has been a licensed Civil Engineer since 1990 and licensed Master Plumber since 2006, a graduate of University of San Carlos with Masteral units earned in Construction Management and Engineering Management. His experiences include structural, architectural, and plumbing design of commercial, office and residential buildings.
Mr Joe V. Tordil has over 30 years of extensive industry experience. His experiences include electro-mechanical designing, engineering maintenance and construction & project management. A graduate of Adamson University in 1977, 10th placer in the Associate Electrical Engineering board exam and 13th placer in the Professional Electrical Engineering board exam.
Mr. Menandro Elmer M. Arana is a Professional Mechanical Engineer with over 30 years experience in the mechanical industry. He is a graduate of University of Nueva Caceres, Naga City, Phils. in 1981. His experiences include engineering and design of commercial, residential, and industrial establishments.
Mr. Elmer S. Bandol Jr. is a Registered Professional Architect, a graduate of Bicol University College of Engineering batch 2002. His work include walking or flying you inside his designs through animation.
Mr. Aristotle "Aris" M. Burgos leads the Warehouse Department. He manages the central warehouse at the main office and oversees the satellite warehouses at each projects sites. He is a BS in Marketing, Polytechnic University Philippines, 2001 graduate.
Mr. Elmer D. Tamidles heads the Motor pool Department. He is responsible for overseeing the preparation, inspection, dispatch, repair and maintenance of all the company transportations and equipment. He is a BS in Marine Engineering graduate.
